How to test your UK Wall Socket to ensure it is Earthed.
Insert the UK Socket Checker into your wall socket. Switch on the electricity.
3 AMBER LIGHTS illuminated is GOOD and means that you have a proper ground and you are ready to connect your Earthing product.
OTHER LIGHT COMBINATIONS means your outlet is NOT properly grounded. Try testing another outlet. If it still doesn’t work, then you will need to use a Grounding Rod available from this website.
This adapter is for TYPE B wall outlets which can be found in: The United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, and parts of the Caribbean.
Before using your Earthing® product, you must ensure that your Type B three-prong wall outlet is grounded.
Step 1: Test Your Three-Prong Wall Outlet
Plug the Outlet Checker into the wall outlet or power strip that you'd like to test.
Step 2: Two Amber Lights = Grounded
When the center and right lights are illuminated together, your outlet is properly grounded.
Please Note: If your wall outlets only have two prongs, then there is no Earth/ground present. In this case, you must use an Earthing Ground Rod or have an electrician come in and ground your outlets.
EU Tester:
This tester verifies that a European type mains outlet socket is wired properly and grounded.

Note that some older houses in Norway, Iceland and some parts of Belgium use the "IT" mains earthing system. While the "IT" system is suitable to use with our products, the socket tester is not able to verify the earth in this case (it will show "No Earth"). If you live in Norway, Iceland or Belgium and are not sure if your house is earthed, please check with a local electrician.
Australasia Tester:
This tester verifies that an Australasian type mains outlet socket is wired properly and grounded.
Denmark Tester:
This tester verifies that a Danish type mains outlet socket is wired properly and grounded.

Yes my experience of using the king size mattress cover I feel has definitely helped me relax and get back to sleep even when waking as I so often do that means a lot to me as I could lye awake for hours, I have walked on wet grass while walking my dogs took my wellies off as I wanted to help myself get earthed but the ground is that bit colder and now grateful for the sheet I purchased Would recommend this product to others now I have experienced what it does many thanks laura X
I bought myself an earthing mat in a desperate attempt to help my dreadful sleep.

Never had an order appear so fast at my door! I bought a small earthing mat, just to see how it felt. I also got a circuit checker. My circuit was great, but I do have a Radi-Tech plugged in, so it should be and my late hubby was into electronics!
I use it in my bed at night, with bare feet. So far the only improvement is easier to get out of bed and stand up straight. I'm hoping it will work on my sleep as I'm needing help in that area. Do have a general feeling of being well, and I look forward to it's coldness on my feet at night!
I also like grounding outside in the grass, but that is weather dependent here in the Scottish Highlands!

If I can I walk bare. Then I have these grounder flipflops, adidas, and some walking boots.And I have other earthing shoes from another brand because they're required for work. And if I can I lie flat on the earth, counting breaths. Or do some moon movements. Yes, grounding is quite a theme for me, although I rarely think about it. I mean per se. Have a nice day.
