Earthing Elite Grounding Mattress Cover - Grounding Sheet

I was unfortunate to have a frozen shoulder and arthritic knee flare up earlier this year.The Earthing Mat and Patches have soothed and given targeted relief from the symptoms. I wasn't sure what to expect but the results are undeniably positive - highly recommend.

Been sleeping on the earthing mat for three weeks now. Upon the very first use, my insomnia was killed instantly. I am a Cov-2 long hauler/ vaccination injured. I used to be kept up at night with a heart pounding in my chest and racing thoughts. From the very first night my heart rate was calmed down and I was able to fall asleep quickly. I also used to have restless legs and twitching muscles. This is eased significantly too.

Overall I am definitely not cured and I do not really notice a difference in my overall condition. However, when I am grounded my symptoms ease significantly and the fact that I can get to sleep is not only a psychological relief but also means that it will be greatly helping me recover as sleep is essential to healing.

I also notice a mental calm that comes over me when I am lying on the mat. I am able to shut my eyes and just breathe when my symptoms get bad (while grounded). It will calm my mind significantly more than otherwise.

Another thing I have noticed is I am looking forward to going to bed much more, my circadian rhythm has improved and therefore I have been going to sleep earlier and waking up earlier.

I have purchased the mattress cover, the grounding mat and the yoga mat (retired yoga teacher). Very happy with all of them. Much improved sleep,no more restless legs and very good surface for the tree pose 😀. Heartily recommend.

While I am plagued with a few menopause symptoms poor sleep is not one of them. Ever since I started using the Earthing sheet my sleep has been more restful.

Very good quality products: the carbon instead of metal material are great for living in a hot climate where sweating would lead to gradually reduced effectiveness due to corrosion. As for impact, noticeably more positive dreams mean I wake in a better frame of mind.

Helped improve recovery speed, sleep quality, lowered HR from avg 50 to 48 beats.

I had found it hard to sleep, when i did sleep it was not restful. After grounding sheet , a whole new world appeared with deep restorative sleep. Still need time to catch up in lost time. But well worth the purchase. Highly recommended.

Yes my experience of using the king size mattress cover I feel has definitely helped me relax and get back to sleep even when waking as I so often do that means a lot to me as I could lye awake for hours, I have walked on wet grass while walking my dogs took my wellies off as I wanted to help myself get earthed but the ground is that bit colder and now grateful for the sheet I purchased Would recommend this product to others now I have experienced what it does many thanks laura X

The Earthing Elite Mattress Cover is absolutely great. Grounding whilst sleeping means i can get grounding in every day and the benefits? I feel much more alive, with more energy and focus. It is hard to explain; you have to try it for your self! And, if you do, you won’t be disappointed. I sleep directly on the Earthing Elite Mattress Cover. Takes a while to get used to but once you do, it’s preferable to sleeping on a normal sheet. Grounding is a life changer. I got the super king elite matress cover which fits perfectly a 180x200cm bed (if you're wondering). I sleep a LOT better on it. Still wake up early, but better sleep quality and waking up more refreshed (even if I have a lot of catching up to do). I also feel more tired at night when it's time to go to bed, which is great. I stopped an incoming migraine thanks to a 40 minutes session on it (got to catch it early though, I suppose).
My wife had trouble with both knees, walked slowly in the afternoon and had a hard time flexing them in the evening. It has almost completly normalised in a week's time.
We're both really thankful.

Got the single bed full sleeping mat , I don’t feel anything from it , no improvements in any aspect as was promoted on the website , how do I know this is not a faulty mat ???
