My review is long overdue. I have an autistic son who has very high anxiety levels. By a series of serendipitous events I was guided to Jenny founder of Earthing Revolution, distributing Clint Ober, inventor, grounding products. Both my son and I have experienced trauma. After one incident I found myself lying on the grass. Trauma instantly left me. I then made my son lie on the grass next to me and I sensed peace over him and he fell asleep instantly. As my son slept I happened to listen to a podcast with Billy Carson talking about grounding to Clint Ober. In an attempt to source Clint’s products in the UK, one thing led to another with me speaking to Jenny personally only an hour later. I then bought bed and pillow mattresses for myself my son and my Down’s syndrome daughter. The results have been amazing. Everyone that I’ve recommended these products too have also greatly benefitted. Whenever we go abroad they come too! I can’t sleep without my grounding mat and pillow now. Thank you Clint and Jenny! I’ve been using earthing revolution products for the past few months and I can honestly say that they have enhanced my partner’s and my life.
I’m usually up at least twice sometimes more during the night due to prostate problems. The first night I used the earthing pillowcases and earthing sheet along the bottom the bed I slept all night, I felt refreshed and energised in the morning, it has been the best nights sleep I had in the last 15 years or more, and the great sleep continues to this day.

My partner unfortunately has both Vascular Dementia and Alzheimers, the grounding products have been fantastic for her, she falls asleep sooner and I’ve noticed she is much less agitated as she once was, this helps both of us immensely.

We both use the large earthing mat when watching tv, it helps to relax us and helps better blood flow and it relieves any aches and pains I may have after either working a 12 hour shift or caring for my partner when I’m off.

I honestly can’t recommend earthing and these products highly enough, they are life changing and enhancing, I wish I knew about earthing a lot sooner, it is nothing short of miraculous. Everyone should do it you will reap the benefits.

Jen and her team are very knowledgeable and helpful, I couldn’t ask for a better person.
While writing this review myself and my partner are earthing on our large grounding mat, (see photo below)
I ground as much as I can.

I have purchased one of these mats as a bday gift for my 70y dad who has lots of skin inflammation. There were some issues with the shipping, but Jen and the team were quick and have put all of their efforts to ensure it arrives on time for dad's bday.

I am very appreciative of the service provided, so much so that I recently purchased one of the mats for myself too. I do already have a grounding bed sheet so it's still early to fully ascertain. However, I have noticed having slightly more groundedness and consistency in energy throughout the day since having the mat on my workdesk.

And in regards to my dad...well...he's still hasn't set it up even though I nudge him often. He's a tough cookie but I know that once he tries something and feels a benefit, he sticks to it and goes around telling everyone about it. So will update once that time comes :D

For anyone considering or doubting, I'd say just give it a go! There's really no harm in trying - rather the opposite!

Great genuine company, I have bought a few grounding products from Earthing Revolution and all have been amazing.I can highly recommend them for rapid service and great genuine products,I even bought the Earthing book which I recommend as it has excellent information from Clint Ober (Earthing Revolution supply genuine Clint Ober products)

I’ve been using the Earthing Single Sided Yoga Mat for over five months now, and I’m very impressed! The grip is excellent, both under my hands and feet and also underneath where the mat meets the floor - which is so important when practicing yoga. I’ve used many different mats over the years, being a yoga teacher, and this has become my favourite. This lovely thick mat is a quality product and I would highly recommend. I love that I’m able to combine my yoga practice with connecting to the earth. Even if I only have time for 10 minutes on my mat, I still come away feeling refreshed and recharged!

Treated ourselves to our first Earthing products. The Yoga mat serves us for daily QiGong exercises and sitting watching TV. 🙏 Thank goodness for the Earthing Revolution.

I ordered the luxury blanket for my mums birthday 🎂 and! After placing the order I realised that I should of got a bundle were you get a book about earthing and a matt. So I phoned up spoke to jen who was very helpful and rectified my order whilst taking the card payment and giving my address in Southport jen said she was visiting her mum in Southport the following we😎 so I asked jen to visit my mum and dad if she didn't mind just to help explain about earthing and jen agreed bless her, blanket arrived next day very good service! I popped round set up the blanket and left I phoned up a couple of days later to see if mum was happy with her blanket and to see if she was feeling any better as she had bee unwell with flue for near 3 weeks which my mum replied she wasn't feeling much better and hadn been using the blanket, following week jen arranges to meet me at my mums so after a brew and a great chat with jen my mum mentioned to jen about a kneck pain she's had for nearly two years so jen offered to give my mum some patches which you stick directly to the inflamed area. Jen God love her♥dropped patches at my mums 1 hour later my mum was so gratefull👍👌this was Saturday, my mum phoned me Tuesday at and said it's amazing! Which I replied what is? And mum said she's feeling alot better and is no longer in pain with her kneck 😎 I was smileing from ear to ear made up! Mum know uses her blanket every day on the cowch and takes it up to bed. And she says how lovely and soft it feels and it's that big it keeps themboth cozy on the cowch. I was unfortunate to have a frozen shoulder and arthritic knee flare up earlier this year.The Earthing Mat and Patches have soothed and given targeted relief from the symptoms. Using the Earthing Mattress Cover has noticeably reduced pain levels and inflammation. The unexpected bonus is I'm sleeping better too! I wasn't sure what to expect but the results are undeniably positive - highly recommend.

Grateful to have these to wear on cold mornings or out somewhere where you could ground but the ground is stony (could be painful on bare feet or slow you down too much) or that it’s not quite appropriate to walk about barefoot (like a posh botanical gardens!!)

Just received my mat, and I’m already super delighted, I’ve just started having pain in my knees which is really affecting me, but I’m really not into western medicine as they just simply want to deal with symptoms whilst not looking at the causes which in my eyes isn’t a good practice.
Now I understand the mat isn’t going to get to the cause but bearing in mind having watched the earthing movie it all just made sense.
My first experience with the mat was yesterday, having come home from work my knees were really hurting but once I sat with my feet on the mat the pain was definitely reduced, I’m definitely going to make this part of my daily routine and looking forward to even bigger improvements , thank you

Lovely quality

I bought this kit a few days ago because conventional medicine sometimes doesn’t work for me. I’m a full-time wheelchair user and would find it very difficult to ground myself outside but having done my research. I decided to give it a try not holding out much hope that it would work for me but how wrong I was on the first morning I noticed my pain level had dropped all be it only a little but it had my swollen feet were back to there normal size and it’s hard to explain but I just felt more awake on the second day, I felt calm my anxiety levels had reduced on day three my pain level had dropped significantly. I wish I’d known about this years ago because it would have helped me significantly and I wouldn't have had to go through all that I have, some might say that it’s too soon to feel the effect, but I certainly have I cannot wait to see what this does for my health long-term. Also, my sleep is starting to improve many thanks. So if you’re someone like me and have numerous health conditions and your sat on the fence trying to decide whether to do this just try it because what have you got to lose and you could have so much to gain nothing short of miraculous and I cannot thank Jen and her company for giving me back my life

I would like to share my experience with you re your earthing bands -
In November 2024 I fractured my ankle and was staying with my daughter awaiting surgery.
I was at my daughters in a lot of pain and feeling frustrated and trapped in my granddaughters bedroom being unable to get downstairs or to get comfortable
In the middle of the night I was in a lot of pain, very anxious and could feel my whole body tense and tight and jumpy – I was like a tight coil and was I tears not knowing what to do with myself. I felt I needed to shake something off and didn't know how.
Then I remembered the strap – I put it on and within 15 minutes the ‘charge’ had gone out of my body and I was relatively relaxed and slept – it was pure magic.
I have been using your straps at night ever since.
