All UK items will be shipped via Royal Mail 48hr , 2 working days or DHL next day with 1 working days shipping time from our UK warehouse.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery is Monday to Friday.

EU and Global pricing is dependant on country so please choose when ordering.

Shipping cut off time for next working day delivery is 12pm for DHL & Royal Mail

Customs, clearance & duties fees

Due to USA Tariffs we can no longer ship to the US

All EU Orders will incur a duty charge to be paid by the customer at checkout. Tax/VAT is paid as part of your order.  Your EU Order will be shipped by us with Duty Paid so there will be no further charges once delivered.

Orders to non EU countries may also be subject to import duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDP (delivery duty unpaid) basis and you may receive a bill from your local customs which is payable by the customer.

EU duties are calculated and shown at checkout.

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur in other countries as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

Once the item arrives in your country and you have been informed of its arrival and delivery has been attempted , the courier will hold the package at a local depot for your collection. If this is not collected then we reserve the right to charge for the shipping costs to return the goods to us. Please ensure you collect your order as soon as possible.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.

Tracking number will be provided once available and you will be able to track via your order page or via the email we will send you.
