We would recommend first time Earthing product users to add a UK/EU Socket Tester to your order. Checking the socket is such an important step in the whole Earthing experience. If the sockets are not working properly the product will not work.

Plug - UK (Type G Wall Outlets)

This Adapter is for Type G wall outlets found in: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belize, Botswana, Brunei, Cameroon, Channel Islands, China, Cyprus, Dominica, El Salvador, Gambia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Hong Kong, Iraq, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Macau, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, St. Kitts-Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Tanzania, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe 

Universal Adapters: Please do not use a Universal Adapter with Earthing® products. Some Universal Adapters look like they have the Earth/ground connection but when tested, they do not work. Others have loose, intermittent connections that reduce the amount of electrons that can flow through your Earthing® product. 

Please Note: Earthing® products do not operate on electricity, so the electrical current of your wall outlet is irrelevant.

If you find that the wall outlet isn't grounded, you can use a Grounding Rod instead.

Plug - USA (Type B Wall Outlets)

USA adapter is for TYPE B wall outlets which can be found in: The United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, and parts of the Caribbean.

To use this Adapter:

Step 1: Ensure your three-prong wall outlet is grounded. Test it with the Outlet Checker included in your Earthing.com order. 

Step 2: Plug the Adapter into the wall outlet. 

Step 3: Push one end of the Earthing® Coil Cord firmly into the Adapter. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto your Earthing® product. You're ready to get grounded!

Plug - Australasia 

An Australasian type Earth connection plug.

It has 2 sockets, so up to 2 cords can be connected simultaneously.

Suitable for use in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Argentina and Papua New Guinea.

Plug - Denmark (Type K Outlet)

Connection plug for use in Denmark. It has 2 sockets, so up to 2 cords can be connected simultaneously.

This Outlet Adapter is for Type K wall outlets found in: Bangladesh, Denmark, Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Guinea, Madagascar, Maldives, St. Vincent, Senegal, and Tunisia. 

Before using this plug, please ensure your wall outlets are grounded by testing them with a simple Outlet Checker. If you don't have one, you can purchase a Danish Socket Checker.

EU Plug - Europe (Type F Outlet)

This Adapter is for Type F wall outlets found in: Algeria, American Samoa, Aruba, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Chad, Croatia, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guinea, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Italy, Jordan, Korea, Laos, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Montenegro, Mozambique, Myanmar, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Turkey, and Uruguay 

Note that some older houses in Norway, Iceland and some parts of Belgium use the "IT" mains earthing system.  While the "IT" system is suitable to use with our products, the socket tester is not able to verify the earth in this case (it will show "No Earth").  If you live in Norway, Iceland or Belgium and are not sure if your house is earthed, please check with a local electrician.

Some older houses in Sweden may still use the historic "TN-C" earthing system which is not well suited to personal grounding. If you live in an older building in Sweden we'd recommend checking with a local electrician who will be able to confirm if the modern "TN-C-S" system is used (which is suitable for personal grounding). If it's not practical to get your system checked, you can instead use a Grounding rod kit or Pipe Clamp
