Earthing Revolution Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

At Earthing Revolution, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. We understand that grounding and earthing products are unique, and many customers need time to experience the benefits for themselves.

That’s why we offer a generous and a straightforward returns process.

90-Night Sleep Guarantee 

We are so confident in the efficacy of our grounding sleep products that we offer a 90-Night Guarantee on eligible sleep products, including grounding mattress covers and pillowcases.

Use your product in your own home for up to 90 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.

To qualify for a refund/replacement:

•⁠  ⁠The product must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition.
•⁠  ⁠The product must be in it’s original packaging. 
•⁠  ⁠The product must not be damaged through misuse or neglect.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method or organise a replacement item. Please contact us at info@earthingrevolution.co.uk/02080377792 to arrange your return.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For all other eligible Earthing Revolution products, we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will help arrange a return.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, develops a manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, Earthing Revolution will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping

Unless a product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Product Conductivity Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products.

All Earthing Revolution products are covered by a 12-Month Conductivity Guarantee. If a product fails to maintain conductivity under normal use within 12 months of purchase, please contact our customer support team and we will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:

•⁠  ⁠Clearance or final-sale items
•⁠  ⁠Products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
