How to Use Your Earthing Throw Blanket

The Earthing Throw Blanket is lightweight, portable, and can be used in many settings — from your bed or sofa to your travel bag. To experience its grounding benefits, follow these simple steps:

Identify the Conductive Side

Only one side of the throw is conductive. Look for the side with the parallel silver fibre stitching and the word “Earthing” printed on it — this is the side that must touch your bare skin to complete the connection.

Choose How You Want to Use It

In Bed: Lay the throw on top of your fitted sheet (conductive side up) and tuck in the edges like a half-sheet. Your skin must touch the silver-threaded side.

While Seated or Relaxing: Drape it around your body or legs — again, with direct skin contact on the conductive side.

Connect to the Earth

Snap the coil cord onto the press stud on the Earthing Throw.

Plug the other end into your Earthing plug, and insert it into a grounded wall socket.

⚠️ You do not need to turn the power on. This simply connects you to the Earth’s natural energy.

 Important Note for First-Time Users

We highly recommend using a Socket Tester to ensure your outlet is properly grounded. This is essential — if the socket isn’t grounded, the product won’t work.

No grounded outlet? You can still experience the benefits by using a Ground Rod or a Ground Rod with Extension Lead Kit.
