I purchased the grounding mat a couple of months ago, mainly for my back. Not expecting anything but hoping for some improvement. Felt rather painful for few days, barely had any sleep. After about 10 days I suddenly noticed that my sleep improved, my mood improved, I no longer needed herbal remedy to take before work so I can't be stroppy to another one of my colleagues because of my Menopause. I noticed legs started being detached from ky warn put body as it appeared they suddenly started fast forwarding themselves as it felt like they begun to be a lot more speedy that they were up to that point. I noticed I no longer needed to grab the metal headding of my bed in order to drag myself to tge edge if the bed in order to slowly get off the bed and get up. I can now put my socks on by lifting up my knees whereas up to that point I had to place my feet on the stool or do it sideways, which wasn't particularly comfortable. I no longer have stiffness and pain in my legs when I squat down to clean my cats 2 litter boxes and need a momentum before stepping up. I am comfortably awake during the whole night when doing night shifts, focused, switched on. I am no longer fatigued, happier, in fact I feel like 10 years younger. I had a gap of 4 days when I wasn't in a position to ground myself recently and did not like one bit the pain andcthe atifness that started coming back. My lips started being red again-they have not been red since I was a child. I am still exploring the concept although I bought it knowing it will work fir me abd can not wait to see what else the mat and the matresscover as well as patches have fir me in the future. As a first time user of Earthing products I considered purchasing the Product Testers, (both to test my electrical sockets & to test that my Earthing mats were working), to be essential otherwise I would always wondered if the products were earthing satisfactorily. Pleased to say that all is earthing ok and that I am definitely receiving the benefits of Grounding.

Patches work great and even stay on after a shower for a few days, can be put directly to the inflamed area.I bought more patches to replace the one's I borrowed off my mum and lent to my friends. My mum suffers with arthritis in her kneck two days after using a patch she was pain free if she does have flair up she just pops a patch on, she also uses a luxury earthing blanket every day know which I bought her for her birthday. Would recommend earthing revolution quality products very satisfied 😎👍👌👣

Being new to grounding I bought the Earthing Starter Pack, excellent value compared to purchasing all these items individually. I am certain that Earthing is helping me with problems that I have been left with following permanent damage to my spinal cord. I used to suffer from chronic fatigue, something I haven’t had since using my Earthing mat. I have now also purchased a Sleep Mat for my bed so that I can experience Earthing for a longer period of time overnight. Sleep heaven! I recently purchased the earthing blanket as my sleep pattern was very poor which had a knock on effect during the day with energy levels. Since wrapping myself up in this blanket at night I fall asleep very quickly and don’t have broken sleep like I did. I’ve also noticed a marked improvement in my knee pain which is due to arthritis. When my friend recommended earthing I was very skeptical but bit the bullet after she kept on so much as to how great earthing is….. I recently had a hernia repaired and I also think the blanket has helped with repairing the scar as it healed beautifully in just a couple of weeks Thank you guys 5 stars all the way for a great product
